FIND YOUR PASSION
5 years ago, I had a crisis on my hands. I was 55 years old and I was downsized from my corporate position. I was single, broke and had just lost the only thing that gave me my self-worth.
After I got over the initial shock, hurt, fear, and humiliation, I made the decision to start a home business and be in charge of my own destiny!
I signed on as an “independent rep” with a well known Health & Wellness company. It sounded so … independent! I started off full of excitement and hope.
One of the things they asked me (repeatedly) was “what’s your WHY?”. “Ahhhh… sorry, I don’t understand the question.”
So, finally I realized I had to have a WHY. Making money was not a good enough WHY. They asked me to think of something that I was so passionate about, that NOTHING would stop me from reaching it.
That was the day I realized that I had no idea what I was passionate about. In fact…I realized that I really didn’t have any passions at all. My whole life had become about working long hours, making money, staying on top of my bills, and having 2 vacation weeks a year.
To find that one thing that I knew would keep me going when I wanted to quit.
The one thing I would walk through fire for.
This blog is about that quest.

Hardly a life of passion!
So…I began a quest. To find what I was passionate about.
To find that one thing that I knew would keep me going when I wanted to quit.
